YOGASANA


Concept and practice of yoga originated in India several thousand years ago. Its founders were great saints and sages. The great Yogic gave rational interpretation to their experiences of yoga and brought about a scientific and practical method within everyone's reach.


Yogasanas, the yogic exercises are an essential part of our life. Until and unless the body is put into a relaxed, still and steady posture, one fails to achieve deep state of meditation.
