RULES OF YOGA

1) Clothing should be as light and loose as possible.
2) Prefer the open area for the practice of yogasanas either in the early morning or evening.
3) If the Yogasanas are being practiced indoor, prefer well ventilated room.
4) Make sure the bowels and bladder are empty before starting the practice.
5) Synchronize the breathing with the body movements.

6) The Yogasanas should be practiced in empty stomach.
7) Do not drink or eat immediately after the practice, give atleast 20 -30 minutes gap.
8) Do not go for any vigorous exercise immediately after Yogasana practice.
9) Women may avoid the practice of yoga during their menstrual periods.
